Our study identified that a total of 34 target genes may be implicated in the development of PD, OP, and T2DM together, including CD69, FBN1, ITGAV, PTEN, MIA3, BCL2L11, ITGA6, APPL1, SLX4, MYO5A, CPEB2, FHL2, SOX11, ROBO2, ADRB1, ZNF521, PTGER4, GATA2, TGIF1, RPL15, SEMA3A, BMPR2, NOTCH1, COL5A1, FMR1, EZH2, SMURF1, RBPJ, ADM, S1PR1, SATB2, HERC2, DUSP1, and GAA. The gene discussed is RPL15; the disease is type 2 diabetes mellitus.
