The incidence of gastrointestinal disorders and fatigue was higher in the novel anti-HER2 ADCs group, nausea (76.7%), vomiting (46.5%), and fatigue (65.8%); the main adverse reactions in the T-DM1 group were thrombocytopenia (53.5%) and fatigue (49.3%).
