Shen et al.41 analyzed differential miRNAs in GC using microarray and found that miR-93-5p was significantly highly expressed in GC tissues and multiple cell lines, and miR-93-5p could inhibit the expression of tumor suppressor gene AHNAK and promoted the epithelial-mesenchymal transition of GC, thereby promoting the occurrence and development of GC. This evidence concerns the gene AHNAK and gastric cancer.
