In one study, cumulative anthracycline doses reached 0, 120, 240, and 360 mg/m2 in breast cancer patients, and serum Hs-cTnT concentrations after anthracycline chemotherapy showed a gradually increasing trend over four chemotherapy stages, while only one of our children had anthracycline concentrations reaching 350 mg/m2, mostly less than 100 mg/m2. This evidence concerns the gene TNNT2 and breast cancer.
