AKT1 and lung cancer: Su et al. (2021) used a bioinformatics method to use microarray data and enriched differentially expressed genes in lung cancer via the ECM-receptor interaction pathway. This is consistent with our results, which indicate that this pathway is crucial for the development and occurrence of LUAD. The PI3K-AKT pathway, a classic cancer-related signaling pathway, increases endothelial tube formation and survival when activated (Cheng et al., 2017).
