Tumors in the collagen-COMP high groups had fewer infiltrating T-cells that were CD3+ (p<0.001 for both cancer cells and stroma), CD8+ (p<0.001 cancer cells and p=0.002 stroma), and FoxP3+ (p<0.001 for both cancer cells and stroma) compared to tumors in the collagen-COMP low groups.
