IFNG and neoplasm: The intrinsic anti-tumor activity of MLNKcells was observed in the background levels of IFN-γ and CD107a expression in NT MLNK cells (5.6 ± 0.6%, 19.1 ± 2.2%, respectively, n = 4), and their expression were more pronounced in CAR MLNK cells (19.3 ± 1.6%, 46.0 ± 0.9%, respectively), indicating that CAR transduction increase their antigen-specific antitumor activity (Figures 3A, B).
