In conclusion, we demonstrated that CD19 CAR engineered memory-like NK cells exhibited enhanced antitumor efficacy against CD19+ leukemia cells and lymphoma cells both in vitro and in vivo, as well as increased persistence in a mouse xenograft model of lymphoma compared with the conventional CAR NK cells, providing an attractive approach for treating patient with relapse or refractory B cell malignancies. This evidence concerns the gene CD19 and leukemia.
