SRSF9 and colonic neoplasm: It has been reported that in colorectal cancer, cetuximab can stimulate ferroptosis in KRAS mutant colorectal cancer cells by inhibiting the NFF2/HO-1 signaling axis, thereby increasing their cytotoxicity (26); Lipocalin-2 (27) and SRSF9 (28) can promote the activity of ferroptosis proteins SLC7A11, GPX4 to inhibit ferroptosis in colon cancer cells, and thereby affecting cellular drug resistance.
