In this cohort of females with BC, all forms of anti-cancer therapy were thoroughly evaluated and none of the systemic therapies including chemotherapy; endocrine therapy; and targeted therapy (anti-HER2, CDK4/6 inhibitors, other non-HER2 or non-CDK4/6 inhibitors); or loco-regional therapy (surgery and radiation) received within 3 months of COVID-19 diagnosis was significantly associated with adverse COVID-19 outcomes. This evidence concerns the gene CDK4 and breast cancer.
