Additionally, our findings strongly underline the significant role of seven PCD-related genes in immune infiltration in TB and indicate that Tfh cells, CD8+ T cells, neutrophils, activated DCs, monocytes, M0 macrophages, M1 macrophages, M2 macrophages, and regulatory T cells are factors related to the cumulative rate of TB. The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is tuberculosis.
