Studies have shown [58] that FA can effectively reduce the expression levels of the immune factors IL-4, platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), and granulocyte–macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF) as well as the phosphorylation level of JAK2/STAT6 in lung cancer A549 cells, suggesting that FA can inhibit the proliferation and metastasis of lung cancer cells by inhibiting the JAK2/STAT6 immune signaling pathway.
