Studies had revealed that MiR-133a-3p played crucial roles in the regulation of CDCA8 in oesophageal cancer (Wang et al., 2022), and miR-133b regulated the CDCA8 expression in lung adenocarcinoma (Hu et al., 2021) through a post-transcriptional regulation manner. This evidence concerns the gene CDCA8 and carcinoma of esophagus.
