Of the ARTD members assessed, mRNA expression of the mono-ARTs PARP9, PARP10, and PARP14 was significantly upregulated in TB progressors in both humans and DO mice (controller vs. naive, progressor vs. naive, and progressor vs. controller) (Figure 1, A–C, and Supplemental Figure 1).
