To define the mechanism whereby Dpf2 loss impairs NRF2-dependent gene expression, we generated acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cell lines that express doxycycline-inducible Dpf2- or shRenilla-directed shRNAs and performed RNA-Seq and ChIP-Seq (Supplemental Figure 7A). Here, DPF2 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
