We found that serial intratumoral injections of VLP-packaged Cas9/brachyury gRNA significantly inhibited tumor growth (Fig. 4b and c), specifically deleted the brachyury gene (Fig. 4d and e), and reduced expressions of brachyury and Ki67 (Fig. 4f g) compared to VLP-packaged primary vectors. The gene discussed is TBX1; the disease is neoplasm.
