CD40 and cancer: According to genetic correlation analysis, in almost all types of cancer, the expression of ABI3BP is correlated with most chemokines such as CXCL9 and CXCL12 (Figure 8A), MHC genes such as HLA-DRA and HLA-DOA (Figure 8B), receptors such as CCR4 and CCR2(Figure 8C), and immune stimulants such as CD28 and CD40(Figure 8D) and immunosuppressive agents such as PDCD1LG1 and KDR (Figure 8E).
