EEF2K and cancer: Cao et al. (2020) used the surface plasmon resonance imaging (SPRi) method to reveal that 13-hydroxy-dihydrotrichodermolide (109) and 10,11,27,28-tetrahydrotrisorbicillinone C (110) had great affinity for eEF2K (cancer) with Kd values of 0.118 μM, 0.0746 μM for eEF2K, respectively.
