Contrarily, Hua et al. [46] reported that miR-125b suppressed the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells by targeting TXNRD1, whereas Yang et al. [47] showed that miR-125b overexpression by adeno-associated virus promoted the proliferation of mouse hepatocytes following 70% PH. This evidence concerns the gene TXNRD1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
