Moreover, the percentage of 7AAD+CD4+BrdU+ and 7AAD+CD8+BrdU+ cells in lymphocytes with DNBS re-stimulation was significantly lower (7AAD+CD4+BrdU+; p = 0.008, 7AAD+CD8+BrdU+; p = 0.001) in DNFB-sensitized AD than that in DNFB-sensitized non-AD mice (Fig. 2c,d and Supplementary Fig. 1b). Here, CD4 is linked to Alzheimer disease.
