CDKN2A and glioblastoma: Since few studies have used MRI features to explore CDKN2A/B homozygous deletion, the Heidelberg University Medical Center analyzed the association between multiparametric, multiregional MRI features and key molecular features of GBM, including CDKN2A, and found that CDKN2A deletion is associated with increased normalized relative cerebral blood volume (nrCBV) and normalized regional cerebral blood flow (nrCBF) within the enhanced tumor volume (ROC range, 63% to 69%; false discovery rate adjusted p < 0.05) [24].
