We found that CDK12/13 inhibitors, AU-15506 and AU-16770, are very effective in inhibiting osimertinib-resistant H1975-osiR-NCI1, PC9-osiR-NCI1, and HCC827-osiR-NCI1/2 cancer cell growth in vitro, either alone or in combination with osimertinib (Figure 3A–C). The gene discussed is CDK12; the disease is cancer.
