PSMA PET/CT, both with 68Gallium or 18Fluorine, has shown unprecedented accuracy for localization of initial or recurrent prostate cancer [4], and it is now a widely used imaging technique in the clinical setting given its high accuracy for staging [5,6] and restaging of patients with PC in a biochemical relapse (BCR) context [7,8,9].
