In a review of 124 hypodiploid pediatric ALL cases, 70.6% of near-haploid ALLs (24–31 chromosomes) were associated with the receptor tyrosine kinase pathway or Ras pathway, which includes NRAS, KRAS, NF1, PTPN11, and FLT3 genes [12,13]. Here, NF1 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
