We found that the relative frequencies of CD45 RA–CCR7+ Tregs decreased in patients with sarcoidosis (1.79% (1.48; 2.15) vs. 2.29% (1.80; 2.91), p < 0.05), while the frequencies of CD45 RA–CCR7– and CD45 RA+ CCR7– Tregs increased in comparison with the control group (2.47% (1.68; 3.01) vs. 1.55% (1.26; 1.99) and 0.06% (0.02; 0.13) vs. 0.04% (0.02; 0.06) with p < 0.001 and p < 0.05, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene CCR7 and rheumatoid arthritis.
