On this basis, the correlation between miR-363-3p and clinical indicators in PCOS patients was further analyzed, and then it was found that the levels of FBG, FINS, HOMA-IR, sex hormones, AMH and TC were negatively correlated with the level of miR-363-3p, which once again proved the important role of miR-363-3p in PCOS. This evidence concerns the gene AMH and polycystic ovary syndrome.
