Table 4 showed that high levels of LH (OR: 2.839, 95% CI: 1.175–6.863, P = 0.020), T (OR: 3.689, 95% CI: 1.872–9.253, P = 0.009), PRL (OR: 2.562, 95% CI: 1.062–6.178, P = 0.036) and low level of miR-363-3p (OR: 0.243, 95% CI: 0.095–0.617, P = 0.003) were independent risk factors for unsuccessful pregnancy in PCOS patients after ovulation induction therapy. This evidence concerns the gene PRL and polycystic ovary syndrome.
