According to the findings, patients with advanced age, invasive PCa without lymph node metastasis, no biochemical recurrence, low central memory CD4+ T cell infiltration, high immature B cell infiltration, high mast cell invasion, and low plasmacytoid dendritic cell invasion all significantly benefited from having a low-risk score (Figure 7A).
