Western blotting (Figure 7C,D), immunohistochemical staining (Figure 7E) and qRT‐PCR (Figure 7F) revealed that the Bcl‐2 and p‐Bad levels were reduced, whereas the Bax, CC3 and cytochrome c levels were increased in the MPS group compared with those in the control group.
