The IHC analyses of the resected tumor revealed that the tumor was positive for additional prostate cancer markers, including alpha-methyl acyl-coenzyme A racemase (AMACR), prostate-specific acid phosphatase (PSAP), and androgen receptor, suggesting that the tumor was a metastatic lesion of prostate cancer rather than a primary gastric cancer [20]. This evidence concerns the gene AMACR and gastric cancer.
