Recent studies have shown that angiogenesis and cancer metastasis are associated with increased HSP90AB1 and IGF1R expression in numerous solid tumors [24, 39, 40], and in this study, we explored the potential interaction between HSP90AB1 and IGF1R in ovarian cancer tissue and ovarian cancer cell lines that might mediate cisplatin resistance.
