The low-scoring group seemed to be more responsive to chemotherapy drugs (Figure 7) which have been reported to suppress the metastasis or growth of breast cancer cells and overcome tamoxifen resistance by targeting essential regulators such as discoidin domain receptor 1, mTORC1/2, PARP-1/2, JAK1/2, and CDK1 (73–82). The gene discussed is JAK1; the disease is breast carcinoma.
