The univariate analysis showed that nine clinical indicators (i.e., age, HE, SBP, TBIL, Na, Cr, NLR, MLR, and PTA) and 14 cytokines/chemokines (i.e., IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, TNF-α, IFN-γ, GM-CSF, CXCL1, CXCL2, CX3CL1, CXCL9, CXCL13, CCL21, and CCL23) were significantly associated with 90-day prognosis (Tables 1, 2). This evidence concerns the gene IL1B and hereditary elliptocytosis.
