GFAP and spinal cord disorder: If GFAP levels in dorsal horn are really correlated with spinal cord disorders and neuropathic pain levels (for review see [61,62]), it can be hypothesized that the rosuvastatin/duloxetine combination is more effective than the individual drugs in lowering spinal GFAP levels, as in the present study the combination was more efficient against both mechanical allodynia and thermal hyperalgesia than each drug alone.
