MYC and neuroblastoma: Interestingly, we found that MYCN-bound, repressed genes were enriched with DNA-binding motifs belonging to the ETS family of transcription factors, and, to a lesser extent, with the MYC-type of E-box motifs, compared with activated genes, suggesting that MYCN and ETS-family proteins may cooperate in the repression of transcription in neuroblastoma.
