One case (HHV8+HIV+MCD mixed) showed a predominance of CD8+ T-cells, four cases showed a similar amount of CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells (three UCD HV-type, one UCD mixed-type), four cases had still a predominance of CD4+ T-cells but with a significant increase in the CD8+ population (one UCD HV-type, one UCD mixed-type, one iMCD PC-type, and one HHV8+ MCD mixed-type). Here, CD4 is linked to urea cycle disorder.
