Bonferroni’s multiple comparisons test showed that DUSP6+/+ mice after tGCI had significantly greater latency than naïve DUSP6+/+ mice in locating the target hole on training days 1, 2, and 3 (Figure 4B), suggesting that cerebral ischemia disrupted spatial memory acquisition and retention.
