Out of the 59 patients with a level 1–3A gene alteration, 11 patients started a targeted treatment based on the NGS result, of which 5 were within a study protocol, i.e., tucatinib for an ERBB2-amplified colorectal cancer, sotorasib for a KRAS G12C-mutated rectal carcinoma, inavolisib for PIK3CA-mutated breast cancer, ipatasertib for AKT1-mutated breast cancer, and erdafitinib for an FGFR2-rearranged cholangiocarcinoma. Here, ERBB2 is linked to rectal carcinoma.
