A total of 44 (57.9%) cases had values of 6% or more for CD56 immunostaining in the endometrial stroma, while 35 cases (46%) had an HSCORE of 1.4 or higher for BCL-6 immunostaining in the glandular epithelium (Figure 1B and Table 2), and 11 cases (14.5%) were positive for CD138 staining and were considered to be chronic endometritis (Figure 1C). This evidence concerns the gene NCAM1 and chronic endometritis.
