Similarly to the PMA-stimulated condition, proteins involved in innate immunity such as alpha-1-antichymotrypsin (SERPINA3, 0.24-fold), protein AMBP (AMBP, 0.64-fold), peptidoglycan recognition protein 1 (PGLYRP1, 0.67-fold) and proteasome subunit beta (PSMB2, 0.74-fold) were all significantly less abundant in the T1D NETome compared to those of HC subjects (Figure 6A,C).
