MUC1 and Platelet storage pool disease: According to our observation, higher CT severity score [OR(95%CI): 2.47 (1.55–3.93, p < 0.001)], KL-6 levels [OR(95%CI): 3.30 (1.25–8.72, p = 0.016)], and SPD levels [OR(95%CI): 2.21 (1.37–3.56, p = 0.001)] typically showed higher odds of disease progression, but higher FVC predicted [OR(95%CI): 0.56 (0.31–1.01, p = 0.056)], FEV1 predicted [OR(95%CI): 0.95 (0.90–0.99, p = 0.028)] and higher DLCO predicted [OR(95%CI): 0.70 (0.52–0.93, p = 0.013)] were reported to be protective against disease progression (Table 6).
