Because immunocomplexemia can be a result of an abnormal function of the receptors for Fc fragment of IgG (FcγRs), especially receptors belonging to Class II and III, we evaluated the fraction of FcγRI+ (CD64), FcγRII+ (CD32) and FcγRIII+ (CD16) blood monocytes in the same patients with SA and TB [11]. The gene discussed is FCGR2A; the disease is tuberculosis.
