Our results demonstrated that Nano-ZnO supplementation increased the ratio of GSH: GSSG, and GSH, GR and GCL activities, and reduced the GSSG contents in IUGR pigs, indicating that the modulation of GSH-related indicators may be a vital mechanism by which Nano-ZnO prevents the decline of antioxidant status in LD tissues of IUGR pigs.
