Taken together, it can be concluded that KV has great potential as a novel therapeutic agent for future use in KRAS-mutated and oxaliplatin-resistant pancreatic cancer patients, based on its inhibitory activity of the Erk-RPS6K-TMEM139 signaling pathway in KRAS-mutated and oxaliplatin-resistant pancreatic cancer cells. The gene discussed is TMEM139; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
