TIGIT and non-small cell lung carcinoma: Another successful combination between immune checkpoint agents has been reported by Cho et al. in the CITYSCAPE clinical trial, which analyzed the effects of Tiragolumab, an anti-T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (anti-TIGIT), in combination with Atezolizumab (anti-PD-L1) in chemotherapy-naïve, PD-L1 positive, locally advanced, and metastatic NSCLC.
