In this line, AGAP1, CCAR1 and SH3PXD2B were expressed significantly higher in tumors compared to normal tissues (Figure S7B) and their expression had a tendency to increase with histological grading (Figure S7C) Together, these findings suggest that the interaction of PRAME with pro-oncogenic AGAP1, CCAR1 and SH3PXD2B is involved in establishing PRAME-dependent tumor-promoting functions.
