INS and type 2 diabetes mellitus: Healthy skeletal muscle can prevent and improve type 2 diabetes by increasing glucose intake and insulin sensitivity (Arora et al., 2009; Bacchi et al., 2012; Castaneda et al., 2002; Cauza et al., 2005; Hangping et al., 2019; Kadoglou et al., 2013; Sigal et al., 2007).
