EGFR and non-small cell lung carcinoma: On the basis of data of a nationwide registry (N = 2052), we have revealed that at diagnosis of metastatic disease, 54% of patients with NSCLC and an EGFR mutation (EGFR+) have bone metastases, which is the highest incidence compared with 33% in those with KRAS+, 31% in those with ALK fusion (ALK+), and 32% in those with EGFR/KRAS/ALK wild type.7
