Based on this, we calculated the correlation between the six diagnostic genes and the degree of immune cell infiltration and found that CD8+ T cells were correlated with GALC,ARSA,HEXB and SUMF2, CD4+ T cells were correlated with ARSA, implying that GSL metabolism pathway may impact on the growth and development of keloid through regulating immune T cells. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and keloid.
