Notably, DT-061 inhibited the growth of both WT (~40.5%) and Bax/Bak-DKO (~27.6%) CLL cells in these mice in vivo (Figure 6, A and B), consistent with our ex vivo data showing that DT-061 inhibited tumor growth independent of the classical Bax/Bak pathway. This evidence concerns the gene BAK1 and neoplasm.
