The combinations of NANOG+/TRPV1+ (χ2 test; p < 0.001), NANOG+/pEGFR+ (χ2 test; p = 0.003), TRPV1+/pEGFR+ (χ2 test; p = 0.002), and NANOG+/TRPV1+/pEGFR+ (χ2 test; p = 0.001) were significantly higher in chemoradioresistant cervical cancer patient tissues than in chemoradiosensitive cervical cancer patient specimens (Fig. 6c). The gene discussed is TRPV1; the disease is cervical cancer.
