Previous studies demonstrated that FBLN2 was closely associated with either the promotion or inhibition of cancer invasion and migration.5 Previous study showed that FBLN2 protein digestion was implicated in the migration and invasion of breast cancer cells.16 However, in the present study, the role of FBLN2 in cell invasion and migration was found to be insignificant in HCC cells. This evidence concerns the gene FBLN2 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
